The Ordering Process
- Fill in our short order form and email it along with your Word document(s) to email@example.com.
- We confirm the word count and total price, and email you an invoice for payment. We accept all major cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Debit card, etc.). The transaction is completed securely via PayPal. (You do not need to have a PayPal account.)
- Upon payment, we email confirmation of the order and delivery date and time. Your document is then proofread/edited and returned to you by the agreed deadline.
We accept Word documents (all versions) and use the ‘track changes’ facility to record our edits. Suggestions and notes are added using the ‘comments’ feature, when appropriate, for review by the author.
We provide two versions of your file(s):
- one containing all tracked changes,
- a second with all changes accepted and only the comments remaining for your attention.
